New stuff I am learning (Part I)

I got a new engagement some months back, and it has been fun. It is an environment I have always dreamt to be in, and I am loving every bit of it. I have learned some things like unit testing by accident; things that are vital to becoming a better software developer.

I want to consciously learn vital things that would increase my skillsets, and these are some of them:

  • TypeScript ( because it appears to be a better way of reducing programmer’s error in JavaScript and most job applications have it as a requirement)
  • Kubernetes
  • Using Docker more frequently
  • Circle CI
  • Blockchain
  • Message Queues
  • GraphQL
  • Vue

I will be updating these articles on my journey in learning this new thing and the roadblocks I encounter. Typically, I learn best by building, so I would also be linking my projects. I am so excited to get started.

Please feel free to reach out in the comment section if you got something for me or just want to shout out. ✌️
